The Terraces was a real-time renovation project in partnership with the Building Commission and the City of Melbourne.

The objective of this project was to showcase good architectural design, stimulate the public's imagination, and provide an in-depth look at the design and construction process, helping people prepare for their next home improvement.

In 2004, this project won an Exemplary Award for the Year of the Built Environment.
