Why Used: Made of one of nature’s most basic elements, Boral’s Terracotta Shingles were chosen for Mosman Green for their rich and warm appearance. They have a low 15 degree pitch, so they create an elegant flat roofline, well suited to the stylish nature of Mosman Green.  The shingles are available in an array of natural earthy colours.  Archicentre chose to use the dark, strong colour of Eclipse.

SmartFlo Guttering

Where Used: For all gutters.
Why Used: As the main water supply to Mosman Green is a 30,000 water detention tank, using an effective guttering system to aid water collection is a must.  Hence, we chose to use SmartFlo Guttering.  SmartFlo guttering has a unique leaf shedding design meaning it requires little maintenance with the ability eliminate up to 94% of the debris and pollutants from rainwater with overflow protection.  It also has a longer serviceable lifespan, is visually appealing to the eye and available in a range of colours.
