	Boral Hardwood Timber Flooring Where Used: Throughout internal spaces. Why Used: As only of the world’s only truly renewable resources, timber was always the first choice when it came to the choosing the flooring for the living areas in the Mosman Green project. Timber floors are easy to clean and maintain and are hardwearing and long-lasting. Boral timber is derived from sustainably managed forests that produce a wide range of hardwood timber species. 	Boral Hardwood Timber Decking Where Used: On the outdoor deck. Why Used: Made from harvested, renewable timber, Archicentre used Boral Timber on the outdoor deck to provide an architectural link between the outdoor garden and the indoors. Native Australian hardwoods were chosen for the decking because of their high density, toughness and durability. In particular, Boral Timber decking was chosen as it is seasoned to ensure optimum hardness, stability and long service life. In the Mosman Green project, we used Blackbutt Boral Hardware Decking. 	Boral Polished Concrete Where Used: Laundry, guest bathroom, carport and entry. Why Used: Boral has an extensive range of polished concrete products available to add unique and creative alternatives for flooring, driveways, external areas and pool surrounds. It truly is creative in concrete, limited only by your imagination. Boral’s extensive range of Architectural Concrete mirrors the earthy colours and textures of Australia. 	Amber Tiles Where Used: All bathrooms Why Used: Amber tiles has a range of quality tile products to suit any style or budget. For the Mosman green property we chose to use:- Travertine Floor tiles Where Used: Master bedroom en-suite floor Conveying an air of sophistication, this natural stone has clean edges and a twice-honed finish, perfect for the Mosman Green property. As it is a natural stone product its colour will mellow over time and develop a rich patina. We chose the cappuccino colour for the Mosman property. For more information visit www.ambertiles.com.au
	Nordstone Floor Tiles Where Used: Ground floor bathroom, WC2 Archicentre chose to use the Nordstone tile for its contemporary look and feel, which we felt suit the designer statement being made by the property. A full bodied porcelain tile, the tile is perfect for residential as well as commercial use. It comes in a range of sizes and matching mosaics and can be used both on bathroom walls and floors, as well as in living areas. We chose to use the Cromite colour in a 300x300 size. 	Pietra Naturale Floor Tiles Where Used: Balcony A full bodied porcelain floor tile, the Pietra Naturale is a neutral colour range, with clean lines and a textured stone finish. Touted as ‘the complete solution in architecture’, there was no way Archicentre couldn’t choose this tile. Highly durable, the tile has a R12 V rating and an external grip finish which provides a high level of slip resistance. The Sicilia Marrone colour was used in the project. 	Boral Masonry – Aspen Stone Where Used: Paths and courtyards Why Used: For a contemporary and stylish look, Archicentre chose to use Aspenstone® pavers by Boral. The pavers come in a large rectangular shape and maintain consistent sizes foe easy and speed in the laying process. They have the aesthetics of real stone but the durability and flexibility of masonry and are also salt-safe as well as pre-sealed, making it ideal for around swimming pools or water features. Each paver is individually pre-coated with a sealer to reduce porosity and provide additional protection over and above that of a normal paver meaning these functional pavers reduce maintenance and cleaning time.
