Renovation Race Against Time On Web 

….. We have just eight days to go to complete the project.   

The builders of the benchmark environmental project Mosman Green, developed over the past two years by Archicentre as a show case of environmental renovation, are in a very public race against time to complete the project in the next ten days.

The Mosman Green project is featured on the Archicentre Reno Cam which shows progress every five minutes as the builders race to complete the project for the official opening on Wednesday 26th October 2005 by Mr Chris Johnson, the New South Wales Director of Urban Renewal.

The renovation home by Archicentre in partnership with Boral is to demonstrate ESD, Environmentally Sustainable Design Principles, in a renovation and was the result of a design competition won by Sydney architect Stephen Petrie.

State Manager of Archicentre NSW & ACT, Mr. David Lawrence said: "Mosman Green sets the benchmark for all new renovations to follow that where ever possible significant water and energy management systems are incorporated through intelligent and creative architectural design."

The property will be open for inspection from Sunday 30 October 2005 and will be sold by private treaty.
