Archicentre, the building advisory service of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, has put its benchmark environmental project Mosman Green, developed over the past two years, on the market for sale by tender.
The Mosman Green project comes with a detailed website on developmental stages of the renovation and images of the renovation every step of the way.

The renovation display home by Archicentre in partnership with Boral to demonstrate ESD, Environmentally Sustainable Design Principles, in a renovation and was the result of a design competition won by architect Stephen Petrie.
New South Wales State Manager of Archicentre, Mr. David Lawrence said: "Mosman Green sets the benchmark for all new renovations to follow that where ever possible significant water and energy management systems are incorporated through intelligent and creative architectural design."
"We believe this is the only renovation in New South Wales where prospective purchasers are able to conduct a thorough internet inspection on a renovation from the status of the original property to the finished project."
