Yarra Valley Water have in place a range of programs to support customers in financial difficulty including Smart Homes which is a joint initiative with Department of Human Services, whereby eligible home owners receive a FREE water audit by a Yarra Valley Water licensed plumber. The plumber will conduct a water efficiency audit of the household, carrying out work where needed to assist in reducing the households' overall ongoing water bills.
