Inspections

1 quarter of a million Australians know the benefits of professional guidance

Take it from 250,000 Australians, the Archicentre Property Inspection is an essential element in the home-buying process.

Reports are prepared by a specially-trained architect and include a detailed condition of the property (300 point checklist), cost guide, list of trades and informal advice on renovation ideas.

  • Be alerted to any faults the property may contain, such as cracking, dampness and leaks.
  • Negotiate a cheaper purchase price.
  • Budget for necessary repairs

FOLLOW-UP ADVICE
Following a pre-purchase inspection, homeowners often engage their Archicentre architect in the next stage of their home improvement, the Archicentre Renovator Report. A $100 discount is available if the Renovation Report is booked within four months of a property inspection.

Commercial Inspections

The commercial inspection is a 300 point inspection by a specially-trained architect. It allows buyers to make an informed decision before investing in a commercial property.

The report comprehensively covers the entire property from indoors, outdoors, sub-floors, upstairs, downstairs and roof areas. Architects will report on any visible faults and if necessary, recommend a suitable specialist. Areas include mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire. All architects provide a same-day verbal report by telephone so clients can act fast.

To find out more information, submit a booking query and you will be contacted at your convenience by an Archicentre representative. Remember to include your state and phone number so we can respond rapidly.
