FOLLOW-UP ADVICE
Following a pre-purchase inspection, homeowners often engage
their Archicentre architect in the next stage of their home
improvement, the Archicentre Renovator Report. A $100 discount
is available if the Renovation Report is booked within four
months of a property inspection.
Commercial Inspections
The commercial inspection is a 300 point
inspection by a specially-trained architect. It allows buyers
to make an informed decision before investing in a commercial
property.
The report comprehensively covers the
entire property from indoors, outdoors, sub-floors, upstairs,
downstairs and roof areas. Architects will report on any
visible faults and if necessary, recommend a suitable specialist.
Areas include mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire.
All architects provide a same-day verbal report by telephone
so clients can act fast.
To find out more information, submit
