Recently renovated your house and looking to sell? An Archicentre Home Warranty Inspection is accepted by all major insurers and is a necessary step in getting insurance so you can sell your home.

Home Warranty Inspection

Recently renovated your home and now want to sell? Before you sell your home you may need to get a Home Warranty Inspection Report in order to get Home Warranty Insurance.

In most States, a builder is required to provide Builders Home Warranty Insurance to the property owner prior to entering into a building contract. In theory this is to protect the owner against incomplete or defective work (read more about Home Owners Warranty here).

An owner builder does not require this insurance for renovation or new building work unless they intend to sell the property within 7 years after its completion (regulations vary by State, check with your State building authority)

To get the mandatory Home Warranty Insurance you will first need to have an Inspection and report on the new works.

Speed up the sales process with an Archicentre Home Warranty Inspection Report: Accepted by all major Home Warranty insurers!

An Archicentre accredited building expert will inspect and assess the new renovation works providing a detailed report, which is accepted by all major insurers.
